Speaker Information:
Kelly Kriebs was elected to the City Council in 2020. Prior to running for office, Kelly volunteered locally at the Sierra Madre schools and served on the Sierra Madre Little League Board, including as its Vice-President. Kelly has been a corporate lawyer for over twenty years and currently is a partner in the Transactional Practice Group in the Los Angeles office of Baker McKenzie. Kelly counsels clients on complex corporate transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and carve-outs, and recapitalizations. She also provides counsel to boards and equity holders on corporate governance issues and strategic matters.
