Tom Love has been involved in water resource engineering and management for over 35 years. He has held leadership positions with regional and local water districts throughout Southern California. Tom has extensive experience working in various professional roles in the water industry. He was General Manager and Executive Manager of Engineering for the Inland Empire Utilities Agency, Principal Manager at several consulting engineering firms, and Senior Manager/District Engineer at West Basin Municipal Water District and Central Basin Municipal Water District. Tom served 16 years as a Board Director of the San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District and Director on the Main San Gabriel Basin Watermaster Board.
