Last year, the Eaton Fire tore through our community, leaving behind devastating losses for many families and a long road toward rebuilding. This disaster struck close to home, affecting the very communities that surround our Rotary family.
Now, our local Habitat for Humanity of San Gabriel Valley is working to restore homes and hope in the region. We welcome Michael Bridges, Senior Director of Development, to speak about Habitat’s efforts to help families recover and rebuild after the Eaton Fire. Habitat’s work includes supporting new construction, rehabilitation, and home preservation projects.
Michael serves the people of the San Gabriel Valley in his role with SGV Habitat, by raising the funds required to build and repair homes through SGV Habitat for Humanity, especially most recently in the area impacted by the Eaton fire. Prior to his…
